PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1991 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />GP-80-6 BY EDWARD BREILH <br />WHEREAS, Edward Breilh <br />to change the <br />two acre site <br />Drive between <br />"Commercial a <br />and <br />has applied for a general plan amendment <br />land use designation of an approximately <br />located on the east side of Palomino <br />Pico Avenue and Concord Street from <br />zd Offices" to "High Density Residential;" <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 13, 1981 at which time <br />all public testimony and documents were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends approval of a general plan amendment to <br />change the land use designation of a two acre site <br />located on the east side of Palomino Drive between <br />Pico Avenue and Concord Street from "Commercial and <br />Offices" to "High Density Residential." <br />Section 2.
