PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1992 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING DENIAL, WITHOUT <br />PREJUDICE, A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LEE J. <br />AMARAL AS FILED UNDER CASE GP-80-7 <br />WHEREAS, Lee J. Amaral has applied to change the General Plan <br />land use designation of a 0.27 acre lot located at <br />404 St. Mary Street from "High Density Residential" <br />to "Commercial and Offices;" and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 13, 1981 at which <br />time all public testimony and documents were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends denial of case GP-80-7 filed by Lee J. <br />Amaral to change the land use designation at 404 St. <br />Mary Street from "High Density Residential" to <br />"Commercial and Offices" without prejudice so that <br />a study may be made concerning the entire west side <br />of Peters Avenue and Division Street so that overall <br />general plan and zoning of all of the properties in <br />that area might be studied with input from the pro- <br />perty owners in the surrounding area. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of May 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Vice Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairperson Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: May 13, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
