PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1993 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR ED COVEY & BILL SKINNER AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-80-7 WHEREAS, Ed Covey and Bill Skinner have applied for a conditional use permit which would allow the operation of a bar at 3506-B Old Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-C (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 13, 1981 at which time all public testimony and exhibits were considered. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton makes the following findings with regard to case UP-80-7: A. That the proposed location of the use is in accordance with the objectives of this Chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the location of the conditional uses and conditions under which it would be operated and maintained will not be detrimental to the. health, safety, or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use permit will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this Chapter. Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approves case UP-80-7 subject to the following conditions: 1. That approval of this use permit is for an 1800 sq. ft. or smaller cocktail lounge at the location shown on the attached site map. Said cocktail lounge shall have no more than 50 seats and no food except bar snacks shall be served on the premised at any time. 2. That the applicant and the owners of the shopping center shall acknowledge that they are aware that - upon violation of any conditions of this permit, the permit is subject to immediate suspension and that it may be revoked after public hearing as ///
