PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1996 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING A REZONING AS FILEID FOR BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION UNDER CASE RZ-81-8 WHEREAS, the 'Planning Commission has applied to rezone the approximately 8.3 acre site located immediately west of the extension of Valley Avenue between the Arroyo Del ',Valle and a point approximately 1,000 ft. north of Bernal Avenue from the S (Study) District to any zoning district in conformance with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the General Plan designation on the subject property is Industrial, Commercial and Offices; and WHEREAS, as a result of the Planning Commission's recommendation to approve a planned unit development application for Alfred Fromm on April 8, 1981; and WHEREAS, because of its General Plan designation and its juxta- position with the Fromm property; and WHEREAS, the subject property is automatically zoned S (Study) District as a result of annexation. NOW, THEREFOIi'E, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recgmmends rezoning the 8.3 San Francisco Water Depart- ment property located immediately west of the extension of Valley Avenue between the Arroyo Del Valle and a point approximately 1,000 ft. north of Bernal Avenue from the "S" (Study) District to the PUD-Industrial, Commercial and Office District subject to the following conditions: 1. 'That rezoning to PUD-Industrial, Commercial and Office '.does not constitute development plan approval for the subject property and that prior to any building permits being issued on the subject site, a detailed development plan shall be submitted to the Planning Commission and City Council for approval.
