PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1996 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING A REZONING AS <br />FILEID FOR BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION UNDER <br />CASE RZ-81-8 <br />WHEREAS, the 'Planning Commission has applied to rezone the <br />approximately 8.3 acre site located immediately west <br />of the extension of Valley Avenue between the Arroyo <br />Del ',Valle and a point approximately 1,000 ft. north of <br />Bernal Avenue from the S (Study) District to any zoning <br />district in conformance with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the General Plan designation on the subject property is <br />Industrial, Commercial and Offices; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the Planning Commission's recommendation <br />to approve a planned unit development application for <br />Alfred Fromm on April 8, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, because of its General Plan designation and its juxta- <br />position with the Fromm property; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is automatically zoned S (Study) <br />District as a result of annexation. <br />NOW, THEREFOIi'E, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recgmmends rezoning the 8.3 San Francisco Water Depart- <br />ment property located immediately west of the extension <br />of Valley Avenue between the Arroyo Del Valle and a point <br />approximately 1,000 ft. north of Bernal Avenue from the <br />"S" (Study) District to the PUD-Industrial, Commercial <br />and Office District subject to the following conditions: <br />1. 'That rezoning to PUD-Industrial, Commercial and Office <br />'.does not constitute development plan approval for the <br />subject property and that prior to any building permits <br />being issued on the subject site, a detailed development <br />plan shall be submitted to the Planning Commission and <br />City Council for approval. <br />
