PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1997 <br />A <br />OF <br />BY <br />TION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />ANTON APPROVING THE FENCING PROPOSAL SUBMITTED <br />HARBOUR FOR CASE PUD-79-11 <br />WHEREAS, as condition of the planned unit development approval for <br />case PUD-79-11 (the Centex subdivision on the 32 acre site <br />loc ted between the Pleasanton School Upper Playfield and <br />Mir dor Drive immediately southerly of the residences <br />bor Bring Angela Street) requires Planning Commission <br />approval of the design of all perimeter fencing for the <br />development; and <br />WHEREAS, on I~ay 13, 1981, the Planning Commission reviewed the <br />applicant's fence proposal. <br />NOW, THEREFOR, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. e Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approves <br />fenc types B and C, the property divider fences and the <br />fenc s surrounding the open space area and landscape access <br />area, but does not approve that fence type A, the perimeter <br />fenc which would be along the Pico Avenue boundary of the <br />subject property because it does not meet City standards for <br />suc fencing. The application of Cork Harbour for fencing <br />is ereby approved subject to the following condition: <br />1. That fencing for the Cork Harbour development is <br />approved per the elevations and site plans, Exhibit <br />on file with the Planning Division, except that <br />the fencing along the entire length of the Pico <br />venue property line of the subject property shall <br />be constructed to meet City Standard Detail as <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />Section 2. his resolution shall become effective 15 days after its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND A17OPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of May, 1981, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Vice Chairperson <br />Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairperson Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />~/~ <br />
