PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1998 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF LEASANTON TO CONSIDER APPEALING AN ADMINISTRATIVE <br />DEC SIGN APPROVING A MINOR MODIFICATION TO CASE PUD-80-1 <br />WHEREAS, on ay 4, 1981, the City Staff reviewed and approved a <br />dec Sion to allow a minor modification to case PUD-80-1, <br />a p anned unit development for an industrial park on the <br />69 cre parcel located on the south side of Valley Avenue <br />imm diately easterly of the residences on Kolln Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at heir meeting of May 13, 1981, the Planning Commission <br />vot d to review for possible appeal the request for a <br />mod fication to PUD-80-1 because they felt the change may <br />be ubstantial in nature. <br />NOW, THEREFO , THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. he Planning Commission reviewed the proposed change to <br />cas PUD-80-1 at their continued meeting of May 27, 1981, <br />Cit Hall, 200 Bernal Avenue and concurred with staff's <br />dec Sion that the proposed modification to case PUD-80-1 is <br />non substantial in nature and does not appeal the decision <br />of he Director of Planning and Community Development <br />app owing the proposed change. <br />Section 2. his resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND A OPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on he 13th day of May 1981, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Co issioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Vice Chairperson <br />Get y <br />NOES: Non <br />ABSENT: Cha rperson Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: Non <br />DATE: May 13, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />~i~ (~'~ ` <br />Robert J.
