PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1803 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING <br />THE APPLICATION OF AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS FILED <br />UNDER PUD-79-7. <br />WHEREAS, Amador Valley Investors has applied for a 41-lot <br />residential planned unit development proposed to be <br />built on an 8.76 acre parcel located on the south side <br />of Fairlands Drive adjacent to its intersection with <br />Brockton Drive. Zoning for the property is R-1-6500; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to review <br />this application on October 10, 1979; and <br />WHEREAS, all pertinent reports, documents, maps and testimony <br />were reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission had previously recommended <br />approval of the case filed under RZ-79-15 concerning <br />this property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission denies this application because <br />the application filed under RZ-79-15 was approved earlier <br />in the meeting. <br />Section 2.
