PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />T~ESOLUTION NO. 1804 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING THE <br />APPLICATION OF AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS FILED UNDER <br />PUD-79-8. <br />WHEREAS, Amador Valley Investors has applied for a planned unit <br />development for a 117-unit single family residential <br />subdivision proposed for the 27.2 acre site located <br />east of the end of West Las Positas Boulevard immediately <br />north of the Arroyo Mocho; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to review this <br />application on October 10, 1979; and <br />WHEREAS, all pertinent reports, documents, maps and testimony were <br />reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission had previously recommended approval <br />of the case filed under RZ-79-15 concerning this property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission denies this application because <br />the application filed under RZ-79-15 was approved earlier <br />in the meeting. <br />Section 2.
