Zoning for the property is C-C/C-O
(Central Commercial/Civic Overlay) District; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held October 10, 1979 at which time
pertinent maps, drawings, documents and testimony were
reviewed by the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING:
Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Z-79-142 subject to
the following conditions:
1. That the development be substantially as shown on the
'-' site plan, landscape plan and elevations, Exhibit A,
on file with the Planning Division.
2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the
approval of case V-79-23, and any conditions which
may be attached thereto by the Board of Adjustment
or that the applicant comply with Section 2-9.19(4),
Article 16, of the Zoning Code which allows a 10$
reduction in parking spaces where joint parking
facilities are provided.
3. That the street number of the building be posted so
as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day
and night.
4.
