PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1817d <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, INITIATING A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT <br />FILED UNDER GP-79-23 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission had a tour for the purposes of <br />reviewing alternate multiple sites on November 3, 1979. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission initiates a general plan amendment <br />application for the following property: <br />8.8 acres on the west side of Valley Plaza Shopping Center <br />to high density residential. <br />Section 2.
