PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1817d <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, INITIATING A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT <br />FILED UNDER GP-79-23 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission had a tour for the purposes of <br />reviewing alternate multiple sites on November 3, 1979. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission initiates a general plan amendment <br />application for the following property: <br />8.8 acres on the west side of Valley Plaza Shopping Center <br />to high density residential. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />l on the 14th day of November, 1979, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Geppert, Getty, Jamieson and Wilson <br />NOES: Chairperson Doherty <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: November 14, 1979 <br />ATTEST: ^ <br />\\ \Y~~l/~'i <br />Robert J.
