PLANNING COMMISSION <br />-- CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1820 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENT FOR PONDEROSA HOMES FILED UNDER GP-79-19 <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for a general ~Yan amendment <br />which would comprehensively change the land use designation <br />of an approximately 195 acre site located between I-680 and <br />Hopyard Road north and west of the existing Del Prado develop- <br />ment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the proposed <br />change would not be detrimental to the orderly development <br />of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this application and <br />heard public testimony concerning this. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That this Commission recommends to the City Council that <br />r the proposed general plan amendment, GP-79-19 be approved <br />changing the land use designation from Medium and High Density <br />Residential-Parks and Recreation and Public and Institutional <br />to Medium and High Density Residential and Parks and Recrea- <br />tion. <br />Section 2.
