PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1823 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF <br />A REZONING FOR JOSEPH MADDEN FILED UNDER RZ-79-22 <br />WHEREAS, Joseph Madden has applied to rezone the 2.0 acre site <br />located at 3851 Vineyard Avenue from the RM-4000 (Multiple <br />Residential, 10 units/acre) to the RM-1500 (Multiple Resi- <br />dential, 29 units/acre) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning <br />this rezoning and reviewed all reports and exhibits; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that RM-1500 is in <br />conformance with the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of the <br />rezoning of the' 2.0 acres site from the RM-4000 (Multiple <br />Residential, 10 units/acre) to the RM-1500 (Multiple Resi- <br />dential, 29 units/acre) District. <br />Section 2.
