Res. 1825 <br />Page 5 <br />32. That the applicant enter into an agreement with the <br />City, to be approved by the City Attorney, with regard <br />to egress onto Hopyard Road. The agreement shall pro- <br />vide that: <br />a. Right turns shall be initially allowed onto <br />Hopyard Road from the proposed development; <br />b. The staff shall review the impact of this <br />right turn movement permitted by this con- <br />dition to see whether such movement onto <br />Hopyard Road creates traffic conflicts, <br />hazards or accidents; <br />c. If the staff determines that such movement <br />should be discontinued, applicant will promptly <br />'install signs on the property prohibiting <br />right turns onto Hopyard Road, in accordance <br />with staff's recommendations; <br />d. Applicant may appe, <br />City Council prior <br />ments of staff; <br />e.
