PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1830 <br />A RESOLTUTION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR GEORGE CANESSA FILED UNDER UP-79-24 <br />WHEREAS, George Canessa has applied for a blanket conditional use permit <br />which would allow the following uses in the proposed new <br />commercial buildings proposed to be located on a 76,426 sq. ft. <br />sight at 3724-32 Stanley Boulevard: Auction rooms, automobile <br />and RV service, automobile upholstery, boat service and sales, <br />bookbinding, building material sales, carpet and rug cleaning, <br />electrical equipment, repair and electrical shops, financial <br />institutions, gymnasiums and health clubs, heating and air <br />conditioning shops, household repairs, meeting halls, motor- <br />cycle sales and service, painting - glass and wallpaper shop, <br />prefabricated structure sales, warehouse, waterbed shops, frozen <br />food distributors; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-S (Commercial-Service) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 12, 1979 at which time <br />all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission denies case <br />was felt purpose of the Conditional Use <br />not be met. <br />Section 2.
