PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1832 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PATRICIA DAY FILED UNDER UP-79-26 WHEREAS, Patricia Day has applied for a conditional use permit to allow day care for children at her residence located at 2556 Via Espada; and WHEREAS, zoning or the property is R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District; and WIIEREAS, a public hearing.was held on December 12, 1979 at which time all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-79-26 subject to the following conditions because all of the required findings can be made: Findings A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or materially injurious to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. Conditions 1. That care be provided for a maximum of 12 children (including the applicant's own children) this number shall also include children cared for on a sporatic basis. 2. That the facility be licensed at all times by the State Department of Social Services. 3. That approval of this use permit is granted for the property located at 2556 Via Espada only. .-- 4. That the facility not be operated between the hours of 7:00 P.D1. and 7:00 A.DI. 5. That this application is subject to State Fire Regulations as contained in Title 19, California Admin- istrative Code. The applicant shall be required to apply
