PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1832 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PATRICIA DAY FILED <br />UNDER UP-79-26 <br />WHEREAS, Patricia Day has applied for a conditional use permit to <br />allow day care for children at her residence located at <br />2556 Via Espada; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning or the property is R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WIIEREAS, a public hearing.was held on December 12, 1979 at which time <br />all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-79-26 subject to the <br />following conditions because all of the required findings <br />can be made: <br />Findings <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in <br />accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes <br />of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or maintained <br />will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or <br />welfare, or materially injurious to the properties or <br />improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Conditions <br />1. That care be provided for a maximum of 12 children <br />(including the applicant's own children) this number <br />shall also include children cared for on a sporatic <br />basis. <br />2. That the facility be licensed at all times by the <br />State Department of Social Services. <br />3. That approval of this use permit is granted for the <br />property located at 2556 Via Espada only. <br />.-- 4. That the facility not be operated between the hours <br />of 7:00 P.D1. and 7:00 A.DI. <br />5. That this application is subject to State Fire <br />Regulations as contained in Title 19, California Admin- <br />istrative Code. The applicant shall be required to apply <br />
