PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1840 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DENYING THE APPEAL OF JUANITA E. GOODWIN <br />FOR A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT AS FILED UNDER CASE AP-79-13 <br />WHEREAS, Juanita E. Goodwin applied for a home occupation permit <br />which would allow a beauty shop facility to be operated <br />at her residence at 7464 Alder Court; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning <br />this appeal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission denies the appeal of the decision <br />of the Zoning Administrator in not allowing this home <br />occupation. <br />Section 2.
