CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 86T336 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 17 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF BUSCH ROAD TO THE "P" (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT (RZ-86-6) WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 15, 1986, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 17 acre site, located on the north side of Busch Road adjacent to its eastern terminus, to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District or to any other zoning district in conformance with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 20, 1986 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 17 acre site, located on the north side of Busch Road adjacent to its eastern terminus, to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District or to any other zoning district in conformance with the General Plan. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
