CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86T336 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE AN <br /> APPROXIMATELY 17 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF <br /> BUSCH ROAD TO THE "P" (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) <br /> DISTRICT (RZ-86-6) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 15, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an <br /> approximately 17 acre site, located on the north side of <br /> Busch Road adjacent to its eastern terminus, to the "P" <br /> (Public and Institutional) District or to any other <br /> zoning district in conformance with the General Plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated June 20, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the <br /> environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately 17 <br /> acre site, located on the north side of Busch Road <br /> adjacent to its eastern terminus, to the "P" (Public and <br /> Institutional) District or to any other zoning district <br /> in conformance with the General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
