NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) and although the Initial Study identified <br />certain aspects of the project as having potential <br />significant adverse environmental effects, said effects <br />can be rendered insignificant by the inclusion of the <br />following mitigation measures in the project, should it <br />be approved: <br />Conditions #3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 of the project approval as <br />per the staff report to the Planning Commission dated <br />February 13, 1980 which is incorporated herein and made a <br />part hereof by reference. <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br />Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br />Resolution No. 77-66. <br />Section 3.
