NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports and <br />determines that the project requested in RZ-80-3 would not <br />have any significant effects on the environment to require <br />the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report. <br />Section 2.
