NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports and <br />determines that the project requested in RZ-80-3 would not <br />have any significant effects on the environment to require <br />the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report. <br />Section 2. The City Staff is directed to cause a Notice of Deter- <br />mination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution <br />No. 77-66. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 12th day of March, 1980 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairperson Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Leppert <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: March 12, 1980 <br />ATTEST <br />s~Gcy <br />Robert rris, Secretary <br />regg he ty, C air erson <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />H rvey E.
