That a list of street names for this tract be submitted to <br />the Planning Director for approval prior to submittal of a <br />final map. <br />20. That all wells and septic tanks on the property be properly <br />sealed, filled and abandoned prior to the start of grading <br />operations on the tract development. <br />21.
