CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-334 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY FOR <br /> DIRT DISPOSAL IN CONNECTION WITH VALLEY AVENUE EXTENSION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Alameda County, regarding <br /> reimbursement of costs for disposing of excess excavated <br /> material from the Valley Avenue extension project on <br /> Alameda County property, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 15, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F C. ~ANDES, JR. <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />~,~O~k~Ti AS TO FORM: <br />Peter D.'~acDon~ld, City'~t[o~ney <br /> <br /> <br />
