PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PL ASANTON <br />COUNTY OF LAMEDA <br />STATE OF C IFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION'NO. 1866 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A GATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR AMADOR VALLEY INVESTO S FOR THE PROJECT WHICH <br />IS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-7 14. <br />WHEREAS, Amador Valley Investors h s applied to rezone-from the <br /> R-1-6500 (Single-Family R sidential) District to the PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development District and development plan <br /> approval for a 34-lot sin le-family residential subdivision <br /> proposed to be constructe on a 9 acre parcel located on <br /> the south side of Fairlan s Drive opposite its intersection <br /> with Brockton Drive; and ', <br />WHEREAS, said proposal was based u on an Initial Study done pursuant <br /> to the Environmental Impa t Guidelines and Procedures <br /> adopted by the City Counc 1 of the City of Pleasanton <br /> by Resolution No. 77-66; e nd <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, ~ t its meeting of April 9, 1980 <br /> received the Initial Stu and proposed Negative Declaration <br /> d <br />in a report from the Dire for of Planning and Community <br /> Development dated April 9~ 1980 regarding the aforementioned <br /> project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission w s advised by the City Attorney <br /> of its responsibilities i reviewing the proposed Negative <br /> Declaration and the deter inations required by Section <br /> 5.4(e) of Resolution No. 7-66; and <br />WHEREAS, each member of the Planni g Commission had before him/her <br /> copies of Resolution No. 7-66 at the time of considering <br /> the proposed environmenta assessment, which has previously <br /> been published in the Ple Banton Times, at the time of <br /> the public hearing on the aforementioned project; and <br />WHEREAS, upon receipt of the staff <br />Planning Commission revie <br />Guidelines and Processing <br />of projects and preparati <br />in order to determine if <br />priate for the project an <br />if any, must be undertake <br />not have a significant im <br />report and public input, the <br />ed the provisions of the City's <br />Procedures for the evaluation <br />n of Environmental Impact Reports <br />Negative Declaration is appro- <br />what mitigation measures, <br />to ensure that the project will <br />act upon the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />/// <br />
