PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1867 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR AMADOR <br />VALLEY INVESTORS AS FILED UNDER PUD-79-14. <br />WHEREAS, Amador Valley Investors has applied to rezone from the <br />R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) District and development plan <br />approval for a 34-lot single-family residential subdivision <br />proposed to be constructed on a 9 acre parcel located on <br />the south side of Fairlands Drive opposite its intersection <br />with Brockton Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning <br />this application, reviewing all reports and exhibits; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the determination that case <br />PUD-79-14 meets all objectives of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMIS~uION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of the <br />development plan as file$ under PUD-79-14 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff zeport to that Commission dated <br />4/9/80, attached hereto and made a part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2.
