PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1868 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR MILDRED VALLARINO AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-80-5. WHEREAS, Mildred Vallarino has applied to rezone the 4.4 acre site located at 3897, 3887, 3889 Vineyard Avenue from the RM-4000 (Residential 10 units per acre) District to the RM-1500 (Residential 29 units per acre) District; and WHEREAS, said proposal was based upon an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of April 9, 1980 received the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration in a report from the Director of Planning and Community Development dated April 9, 1980 regarding the aforementioned project; and - WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was advised by the City Attorney of its responsibilities in reviewing the proposed Negative Declaration and the determinations required by Section 5.4 (e) of Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, each member of the Planning Commission had before him/her copies of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed environmental assessment, which has previously been published in the Pleasanton Times, at the time of the public hearing on the aforementioned project; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of the staff report and public input, the Planning Commission reviewed the provisions of the City's Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation of projects and preparation of Environmental Impact Reports in order to determine if a Negative Declaration is appro- priate for the project and what mitigation measures, if any, must be undertaken to ensure that the project will not have a significant impact upon the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports
