PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0: 1874 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING AN ORDINANCE CODE CHANGE <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-80-6 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has applied to <br />add Section 2-5.33, Article 2 and amend Section 2-7.21, <br />Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton to add or amend other sections of <br />the Code as necessary to regulate land uses involving <br />radioactive materials; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 14, 1980 before the Planning <br />Commission, at which time all pertinent reports, documents <br />and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends the adoption of the <br />proposed Ordinance Code change as presented in the staff <br />"- report to that Commission dated May 14, 1980 attached hereto <br />and made a part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passaged and adoption. <br />PASSES AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 14th day of May, 1980, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: May 14, 1980 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
