15. That the haul route to the site shall be approved by the City prior to construction. 16. That the following water conservation features shall be included in each home: a) low flush water closets; b) shower flow control heads; c) aerators in interior faucets; and d) insulation of hot water lines. 17. That the developer be aware that the project is subject to the Residential Allocation Program of the City of Pleasanton and that no building permits can be issued until allocation has been granted under the RAP. 18. That the developer be aware that the project will be subject to additional requirements under the Fire Code. The Fire Marshal should be contacted for further infor- mation. 19. That the applicant submit a house siting plan showing how the ne`w models would be sited on the lots to the Planning Division for approval prior to submittal of tentative map. Structures shall be oriented on their lots in such a way to take effective advantage of passive and active solar heating and cooling. 20. That all utilities required to serve this development be installed underground. 21. That the developer install street trees as required by ordinance. 22. That any damage to street improvements not now existing or done during construction on the subject property shall be repaired at full expense to the developer. 23. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection and that the Fire Department emergency number be provided adjacent to all telephones on the site. 24. That all dwelling units in the development be constructed to meet the latest P.G.&E. Engery Conservation Home Standards. 25. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroachment permit from the City prior to the beginning of construc- tion. 26. That the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability of sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development by approval of this project and that the developer agrees and acknowledges that building permit approval may be withheld if sewer capacity is found by the City not to be available. /// 3
