15. That the haul route to the site shall be approved by <br />the City prior to construction. <br />16. That the following water conservation features shall <br />be included in each home: a) low flush water closets; <br />b) shower flow control heads; c) aerators in interior <br />faucets; and d) insulation of hot water lines. <br />17. That the developer be aware that the project is subject <br />to the Residential Allocation Program of the City of <br />Pleasanton and that no building permits can be issued <br />until allocation has been granted under the RAP. <br />18. That the developer be aware that the project will be <br />subject to additional requirements under the Fire Code. <br />The Fire Marshal should be contacted for further infor- <br />mation. <br />19. That the applicant submit a house siting plan showing <br />how the ne`w models would be sited on the lots to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to submittal of <br />tentative map. Structures shall be oriented on their <br />lots in such a way to take effective advantage of <br />passive and active solar heating and cooling. <br />20. That all utilities required to serve this development <br />be installed underground. <br />21. That the developer install street trees as required <br />by ordinance. <br />22. That any damage to street improvements not now existing <br />or done during construction on the subject property shall <br />be repaired at full expense to the developer. <br />23. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the <br />start of construction to final inspection and that <br />the Fire Department emergency number be provided <br />adjacent to all telephones on the site. <br />24. That all dwelling units in the development be <br />constructed to meet the latest P.G.&E. Engery <br />Conservation Home Standards. <br />25. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City prior to the beginning of construc- <br />tion. <br />26. That the developer acknowledges that the City of <br />Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability of <br />sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development <br />by approval of this project and that the developer <br />agrees and acknowledges that building permit approval <br />may be withheld if sewer capacity is found by the City <br />not to be available. <br />/// <br />3 <br />
