PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1877 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING, WITHOUT <br />PREJUDICE, CASE PUD-80-4 AS FILED BY DENNAN CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Dennan Construction Company has applied to rezone from the <br />R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) District and the RM-2500 <br />(Multiple-Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) District a 4.4 acre site located on the east <br />side of Fairlands Drive immediately north of West Las Positas <br />Boulevard. This application includes a request for develop- <br />ment plan approval for a 44-unit condominium complex proposed <br />to be built at this location; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on the <br />matter wherein all pertinent information was presented for <br />the Commission's review. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission denies case PUD-80-4, without <br />prejudice, to enable the developer to submit another plan <br />showing lower residential density. <br />Section 2.
