PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1878 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT <br />4588, STONESON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Development Company has applied for tentative <br />map approval for a 158-unit condominium development to be <br />constructed on a 10.9 acre site located on the south side <br />of Stoneridge Drive between Pleasant Hill Road and <br />Springdale Drive. The property is zoned RM-2500 (Multiple <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on <br />May 14, 1980 at which time all pertinent reports, documents <br />and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves the Tentative Map for <br />Tract 4588 subject to the conditions of the staff report of <br />May 14, 1980 attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2.
