PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1880 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR JOANNE GLASS <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-80-10 <br />WHEREAS, Joanne Glass has apAlied for a conditional use permit <br />which would allow the operation of a daycare center at <br />her residence at 2126 Tanager Court; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 11, 1980 at which time <br />all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMTSSTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-80-10 subject <br />to the conditions of the staff report dated 6/11/80, attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference, with the <br />following addition because all of the required findings <br />enumerated in that report can be made: <br />6. That the applicant be aware that this proposal is subject <br />to State Fire regulations as contained in Table 19 of the <br />California Administrative Code and that the applicant will <br />be required to receive Fire Department approval for the <br />childcare operation. <br />Section 2.
