PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1881 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A USE <br />PERMIT FOR MORRISON HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-80-11 <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for a conditional use permit which <br />would allow a sales office and model home complex to be located <br />at the northeast corner of Black Avenue and Hopyard Road, <br />the site of a new condominium project; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned RM-2500 (Multiple-Residential) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 11, 1980 at which time all <br />pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-80-11 subject <br />to the conditions of the staff report of 6/11/80, attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference because all <br />of the required findings enumerated therein can be made. <br />Section 2.
