PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1882 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING A USE <br />PERMIT FOR THE BANK OF AMERICA AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-80-12 <br />WHEREAS, Bank of America has applied for a conditional use permit which <br />would allow them to operate a financial institution in their <br />new building proposed to be located at 337 Main Street. <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-C (Central Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 11, 1980 at which time all <br />pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-80-12 subject <br />to the conditions of the staff report of 6/11/80, attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference, because all <br />of the required findings enumerated therein, can be made. <br />Section ?..
