PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1883 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 4611 FOR PlISSION PARK INVESTORS. <br />WHEREAS, Mission Park Investors has applied for tentative map approval <br />to subdivide a 54 acre parcel of land into 105 lots on their <br />property located easterly of Sunol Blvd. between Mission <br />Drive and Pico Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 11, 1980 at which time all <br />pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves the Tentative P4ap <br />Tract 4611 for tdission Park Investors subject to the conditions <br />of the staff report and memorandum from Engineering Services <br />dated 6/11/80 plus an additional condition which reads: <br />"That the Pico Avenue improvements as shown on the map are <br />greater than provided by the annexation agreement, therefore, <br />no sidewalk will be required on the Mission Hill side of <br />Pico Avenue abutting the subject property." <br />Section 2.
