PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1894 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING A USE PERMIT FOR INTERSTATE UNIFORM SERVICES CORPORATION AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-80-14. WHEREAS, Interstate Uniform Services Corporation has applied for a conditional use permit to allow an addition of 2,500 sq. ft. to the existing nuclear laundry facility at 65 Ray Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Commercial Service) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 9, 1980 at which time all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission requested a performance report be received and reviewed from the State of California prior to considering this application further; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 16, 1980 at which time the above performance report was received and reviewed and public input considered; and WHEREAS, after reviewing all material and hearing all testimony the Planning Commission gave the proponent an opportunity to rebut negative testimony given by others and he did not do so. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission denies case UP-80-14 because all required findings could not be made because of insufficient expert testimony on behalf of the applicant. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 13th day August 1980 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Wilson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None DATE: August 13, 1980
