it shall be administratively reviewed at no cost to <br />the applicant. If the review indicates that no <br />complaints have been received, the permit shall be <br />administratively extended for a period of three (3) <br />years. If, however, at the end of the one year period, <br />there is any indication of controversy, the matter <br />shall be set for a public hearing before the Planning <br />Commission. <br />5. That the applicant maintain all required State permits <br />in full force and effect at all times. <br />6. That the nursery not be operated between the hours of <br />7:00 P.M, and 7:00 A.M. <br />7. That the applicant be aware that this proposal is <br />subject to State Fire Department approval for the <br />nursery school. <br />Section 2.
