PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1717 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON INITIATING THE REZONING OF THE APPROXIA~iP,TELY EASTERN <br />ONE-THIRD OF THE 11.34 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE <br />OF STONERIDGE DRIVE IMMEDIATELY WEST OF SPRINGDALE AVENUE <br />FROM R-1-6500 TO RM-2500 OR ANY OTHER ZONING DISTRICT IN <br />CONFORMANCE WITH THE GENERAL PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, in 1968, reviewed and recommended <br />approval of the eastern approximately one-third of the 11.34 <br />acre parcel from R-1-6500 to RM-2500; and <br />WHEREAS, it was intended that this rezoning case be considered by <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, but City records <br />show no evidence that the City Council ever reviewed the <br />case; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />The Planning Commission does initiate a rezoning of the site <br />from R-1-6500 to RM-2500 or any other zoning district in <br />conformance with the General Plan. <br />'"' Section 1. <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 6th day of March 1979 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 8, 1979 <br />Getty, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />Doherty and Leppert <br />ATTEST: <br />'Lc>, <br />Robert J. a , Secretary <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Harvey E.
