PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1724 <br />A RESOLUTION OF TH~ PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING THAT GP-79-2, FILED BY <br />CASTLEWOOD ENTERPRISES FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT <br />TO CHANGE THE LAND USE BE APPROVED. <br />WHEREAS, Castlewood Enterpr2ses has applied for a General Plan <br />Amendment to change the land use designation of a 2.5 <br />acre site located at the southeast quadrant of the <br />junction of JunipeYo Drive and Sunol Boulevard from <br />"Public and Institutional" to "Commercial and Offices" <br />and "High Density Residential;" and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to review <br />this application on March 14, 1979; and <br />WHEREAS, all pertinent reports, documents, maps and testimony were <br />reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after reviewing all available data <br />concluded that the proposed change to the General Plan <br />would be appropriate. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council the <br />adoption of GP-79-2, as petitioned. <br />Section 2.
