PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY!OF PLEASANTON <br />COUN'~Y OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESO~,UTION NO. 1725 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE'PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON EXEMP~'ING W. R. GRACE DEVELOPMENT <br />FROM FILING A PARCEL MAP. <br />WHEREAS, W. R. Grace Development Company is the owner of a 1.7 <br />acre parcel located on the west side of Hopyard Road <br />approximately 700 f'~. south of I-580; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of March 14, 1979, the Planning Commission <br />took action exempti g W. R. Grace Development Company <br />from the requirement that they file a parcel map prior to <br />leasing a portion o the 1.7 acre parcel located on the <br />west side of Hopyar~ Road approximately 700 ft. south of <br />I-580 to Burger Kinjq Corporation; and <br />WHEREAS, this exemption was ranted under the provision of Sec. <br />2-3.09, Chapter 1, R'itle II of the Ordinance Code of the <br />City of Pleasantonbecause all of the required findings <br />of that section co ld be made. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNINC,~~ COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. W. R. Grace Development Company does not need to file a <br />parcel map prior t~ leasing a portion of their land to <br />Burger King Corpor tion. <br />Section 2.
