PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1731 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF RZ-79-04, REZONING <br />OF A 61 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND TO R-1-7500. <br />WHEREAS, T.K. McManus applied to rezone a 61 acre site located <br />east of Hopyard Road immediately north of Sports and <br />Recreation Park from A (Agricultural) District to the <br />R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential) District or any <br />other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning <br />this rezoning and reviewed all reports and exhibits; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the R-1 <br />district is in conformance with the General Plan for <br />subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That the Planning Commission recommends approval of <br />the rezoning of a 61 acre parcel from A (Agricultural) <br />- District to R-1-7500 (Multiple-Residential) District. <br />Section 2.
