CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-325 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING ALAMEDA COUNTYWIDE TRANSPORTATION <br /> COMMITTEE EXPENDITURE PLAN FOR 1/2 CENT TRANSPORTATION <br /> SALES TAX <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 15, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Alameda Countywide <br /> Transportation Committee regarding the 1/2 Cent <br /> Transportation Sales Tax Expenditure Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Alameda Countywide Transportation <br /> Committee Expenditure Plan recommendations of July 3, <br /> 1986, subject to successful LAVTA negotiations with BART <br /> regarding the Dublin Canyon Rail Extension and retention <br /> of the 1-580/I-680 interchange modification and Route 84 <br /> in the finally approved Expenditure Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 15, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood ~KC ~~R.__~ <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> F N .
