PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />r- STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1734 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING UP-79-7, APPLICATION OF NEW LIFE <br />FELLOWSHIP CHURCH FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br />WHEREAS, New Life Fellowship Church applied for a conditional use <br />permit to allow the operation of a daycare facility to be <br />located in a new 9,480 sq. ft. two-story addition to the <br />existing New Life Fellowship Church located at 3200 <br />Hopyard Road. Zoning for the property is RM-1500 <br />(Multiple-Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 11, 1979, before the <br />Planning Commission, at which time all pertinent reports, <br />documents and testimony were received; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br />purposes of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />~' the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Planning Commission approve UP-79-7 subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan elevations and floor plan, Exhibit A, on <br />file with the Planning Division, except that the <br />proposed driveway be realigned so that it is directly <br />opposite National Park Road. <br />2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the <br />approval of case Z-79-29 and any conditions which may <br />be attached thereto by the Design Review Board. <br />3. That the facility be licensed by the State of California. <br />__ 4. That the number and ages of children, number of <br />employees and hours of operation be as indicated in the <br />letter from David Theobald, dated 3/20/79 and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />
