PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1736 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />GENERAL PLAN AMMENDMENT FILED UNDER GP-79-4. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application to <br />change the land use designation of a 6.6 acre site <br />located at the southwest intersection of Valley and <br />Hansen Drive from "Commercial and Offices" to "Medium <br />Density Residential" or any other appropriate general <br />plan designation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the proposed <br />change would not be detrimental to the orderly develop- <br />ment of the city; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this application and <br />heard public testimony concerning this. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That this Commission recommends to the City Council <br />_ that the proposed General Plan Amendment, GP-79-4, be <br />approved. <br />Section 2.
