PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1738 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ASKING THE CITY COUNCIL <br />TO MAKE A DETERMINATION CONCERNING URBANIZATION <br />OF CASE PUD-79-2. <br />WHEREAS, Joe Boatright and Ray Goodrich have applied for rezoning <br />to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and development <br />plan approval for an 11-lot residential subdivision on <br />55 acres of the 73 acre site located west of Foothill Road <br />and north of Longview Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton does not clearly <br />define "urbanization;" and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to the project that it be found in confor- <br />mance with the General Plan before it can be considered <br />for recommendation of approval by the Planning Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That the Planning Commission ask for a definition of <br />"urbanization" from the City Council. <br />Section 2.
