PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL WHEN CONSIDERING URBANIZATION THAT <br />THEY CONSIDER EACH SITE ON A PROPERTY-BY-PROPERTY <br />BASIS. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has asked the City Council for <br />a definition of "urbanization;" and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission would like urbanization to be <br />considered on a property-by-property basis. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That the Planning Commission recommends to the City <br />Council that when considering urbanization, all properties <br />be considered on a property-by-property basis. <br />Section 2.
