Grace Developm nt rezoning of a 1.75 a re Road and approximate y 7 C-F (Commercial Free ay) District and approva of approximately 10,000 sq. site; and NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ORPORATION FILED UNDER orporation has applied for arcel located east of Hopyard 0 ft. south of I-580 from the District to the PUD (Commercial) a development plan for an ft. retail building on the WHEREAS, said proposal was ba$ed y4pon an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Imp ct Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City oun it of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66 an WHEREAS, the Planning Commiss on, at its meeting of May 9, 1979, received the Initial Stu y and proposed Negative Declaration in a report from the Dir ctor of Community Development dated, April 20, 197 , r garding the aforementioned project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commiss on as advised by the City Attorney of its responsibilities in eviewing the proposed Negative Declaration and the ete minations required by Section 5.4 (e) of Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, each member of the P ann ng Commission had before him/her copies of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed environ ent 1 assessment, which has previously been published in th P1 asanton Times, at the time of the public hearing on th of rementioned project; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of the taf report and public input, the Planning Commission evi wed the provisions of the City's Guidelines and Proce sin Procedures for the evaluation o£ projects and the pre ara ion of Environmental Impact Reports as they pertain to r qui ements for Negative Declarations and Environmental Im act Reports in order to determine if a Negative Declarati n i appropriate for the project and what mitigation meas res if any, must be undertaken to ensure that the prof ct ill not have a significant impact upon the environment NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING OMM SSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
