PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1751 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF RZ-79-O5, A PRE ZONING. WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a prezoning of a 37 acre area located along Stanley Boulevard between Main Street and the First Street-Stanley Boulevard roadway to the R-1-20,000 (Single-Family Residential) District (generally the westernmost 17.5 acres and the C-S (Service Commercial) District (generally the eastern 19.5 acres) or any other zoning district consistent with the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heard public testimony con- cerning this prezoning and reviewed all reports and exhibits; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined R-1-20,000 (Single-Family Residential) District, and A (Agri- cultural) District are in conformance with the General Plan for the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. That the Planning Commission recommends that all of the subject area except the Madden property, railroad rights- of-way and Earl Augusta's property be prezoned R-1-20,000 and the latter be prezoned A (Agricultural) District. Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
