PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1751 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />RZ-79-O5, A PRE ZONING. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for a prezoning of a <br />37 acre area located along Stanley Boulevard between <br />Main Street and the First Street-Stanley Boulevard <br />roadway to the R-1-20,000 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District (generally the westernmost 17.5 acres and the <br />C-S (Service Commercial) District (generally the eastern <br />19.5 acres) or any other zoning district consistent <br />with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heard public testimony con- <br />cerning this prezoning and reviewed all reports and <br />exhibits; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined R-1-20,000 <br />(Single-Family Residential) District, and A (Agri- <br />cultural) District are in conformance with the General <br />Plan for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That the Planning Commission recommends that all of the <br />subject area except the Madden property, railroad rights- <br />of-way and Earl Augusta's property be prezoned R-1-20,000 <br />and the latter be prezoned A (Agricultural) District. <br />Section 2.
