PLANNING COMMISSION <br />^ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1768 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENT FILED UNDER GP-79-11, KEN GOOCH AND JOHN <br />CAROLINE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application to change <br />the land use designations of a 5 acre site located between the <br />Southern Pacific Railroad tracks and I-680 immediately north <br />of Happy Valley Road from "General and Limited Industrial" to <br />"Commercial and Offices"; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the proposed change <br />would not be detrimental to the orderly development of the City <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this application and has <br />heard public testimony concerning this; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />^ Section 1. That this Commission recommends to the City Council that <br />the proposed General Plan Amendment, GP-79-11, be approved. <br />Section 2.
