PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1769 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING UP-79-15, APPLICATION OF <br />JOE MADDEN. <br />WHEREAS, Joe Madden, has applied for a conditional use permit to <br />allow the warehousing and wholesaling of food products <br />in the commercial service complex presently under <br />construction at 3701-23 Old Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 26, 1979 before the <br />Planning Commission, at which time all pertinent reports, <br />documents and testimony were reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />Findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter <br />and the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare, or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-79-15, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />Conditions: <br />1. That approval of this use permit is only for the three <br />(3) buildings within the Madden commercial service <br />complex located at 3701-23 Old Santa Rita Road. <br />2. That all activities carried out in conjunction with <br />this use permit shall be conducted entirely indoors. <br />3. That there shall be no outside display of products <br />sold in conjunction with this use permit. <br />
