PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1771 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING CASE PUD-79-5, <br />MICHELE MYERS. <br />WHEREAS, Michele Myers has filed an application to rezone a 9.1 <br />acre site located east of Santa Rita Road approximately <br />120 ft. north of Mohr Avenue from the I-P (Public and <br />Institutional) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development-Commercial and Offices) District and to <br />designate appropriate commercial uses by area within <br />that site; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on this <br />matter wherein all pertinent information was presented for <br />the Commission's review; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found .that the PUD is in <br />conformance with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the possible environ- <br />mental effects of the project and has found, there would <br />be no significant environmental impacts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That this Commission recommends approval of PUD-79-5 <br />subject to the conditions listed below: <br />1. That 3.6 acres be devoted solely to C-C (Central <br />Commercial) District uses, and the remaining 4.5 <br />acres be devoted solely to O (Office) District <br />uses as part of the PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />District. <br />2. That the 1 acre parcel owned by Doctors Schlies and <br />Clementson be rezoned O (Office) District, but not <br />be part of the PUD. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 26th day o£ July, 1979 by the following <br />vote: <br />/// <br />
