CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86,321 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO FILE LAWSUIT FOR <br /> RECOVERY OF DAMAGES TO POLICE VEHICLE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 21, 1985, a Pleasanton police vehicle and <br /> the car belonging to Greg Danska were involved in a <br /> collision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, negotiations with Mr. Danska's insurance company have <br /> failed to result in recovery of the cost of repairing <br /> the damages to the police vehicle; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council authorizes the City attorney to file <br /> a lawsuit against Greg Danska for recover of the cost of <br /> repairs to the police vehicle involved in the collision <br /> with Mr. Danska. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 15, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer and Mohr <br /> NOES: None <br /> Mayor Br ndes <br /> ABSTAIN: None , <br /> · <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> FRANK C.
