PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION] NO. 1791 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF GP-79-18. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has ap~lied for an amendment to the <br />Pleasanton General Plan to change the land use designation <br />for a one acre parcel 1 Gated at 3963 Stanley Blvd. from <br />"Commercial and Offices"i to "Medium Density Residential"; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission nay recommend that the property <br />be classified to any lankk use designation deemed appropriate; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Iheld a public hearing to review this <br />application on August 8, 1979; and <br />WHEREAS, pertinent reports, docu <br />reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner, Mr. <br />with this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COM <br />Section 1.
